L.I.P. OPEN DAY

A day of small things?
Saturday 18 September, 2010

The meeting will be held at Orange Street Chapel,
Orange Street, Leicester Square, WC2H 7HR

SESSION 1: 1.30pm News and Views from the West End
This will be an opportunity to hear about a particular aspect of the work and to ask questions. Barry King will be speaking This year we will be thinking about the fruit we have seen for our evangelistic labours, and how that should shape what we do in the future. We are also very glad that Barry King (Wood Green) can join us for the day. Barry will report on his work with the Grace Baptist Partnership, which has as its motto, 'Helping churches plant churches'. Recent years have seen a growth in new church plants and old churches being replanted. We think Barry's report will be of great relevance and interest to LIP supporters.

SESSION 2: 3.30-5.00pm Thanksgiving Service
After a short break there will be a thanksgiving service at which Barry will expound God's word to us. His theme will be A Day Of Small Things? During the service Derek Sewell will give a review of God's goodness to us over the past year.

Before or after the meetings you may want to join us for coffee at Fair Share, our shop in Berwick Street, where you can browse through the range of gifts and other fair trade goods, and see first hand where part of our work is based. Fair Share is open from 12 noon to 6pm.

Please be aware that there are a number of events in central London which will cause a number of local roads to be closed. Please check Metropolitan Police.
